Shipping & Returns
Delivery Policy
Delivery fees are added at the checkout; Standard (next-day) delivery: $10, Same Day delivery (available until 9am): $30. Pick up is available for free, please contact us on 0428 966 533 to confirm your pick up date. Pick up may be available for same day for orders placed before 12pm.

We offer same day delivery on orders that are placed on the website by 9AM (AEST) Monday - Friday*. Orders placed after this time are not likely to be eligible for same day delivery and our staff are likely to recommend the next (business) day delivery dependent on availability of staff, stock and couriers. Please be aware that our couriers can run up until 7PM (AEST).
Same day delivery may be available after 9am but you must call 0428 966 533 to enquire. Please note that delivery fee for same day delivery as of July 1st 2024 is $30.
Deliveries will be left in the safest place available at the front door if no one is home unless otherwise specified by the sender. Sender and receiver will be notified by SMS if full contact details are provided (name & mobile number). We can offer you a confirmation of delivery text, just let us know when you place your order.
We are unable to guarantee specific time of deliveries, please only specify morning or afternoon as preference. Under special circumstances (e.g. delivery for a restaurant reservation), we will deliver it as close as possible to the time specified, but please be aware we may make arrangements with the venue to present the flowers so we can still deliver them in our designated delivery runs. If delivery is to a school, business with special closing times or service (memorial, funerals, weddings, other ceremonies), please specify the closing time or service time and we will endeavour to have them there prior to that time.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not allowed to deliver to students while they are at school! If you wish to order flowers for a student, please allow for these to be delivered to their home address after school.
Flowers for funeral services should be arranged the day before at the latest, as we work closely with our local funeral director to ensure timely delivery of these without interfering with family/attendants. Typically, deliveries for funeral services will be delivered by 9AM the day of the service. If you are wanting to order after this time, please give us a call and our staff will assist you with other options to get your delivery to the family.

* Same day delivery policy is subject to change dependent on the availability of stock and general activity of the business. We do our best to post updates on the home page and on socials. Information posted on the home page will be more likely to be real-time updates, if you are unsure whether same day delivery is offered for you to order, please call 0428 966 533. If you place an order when same day delivery is not offered, you will be notified by whatever means available (phone or email) as quickly as possible.
Refund & Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes things just aren’t quite right and we want you to experience the best of what we have to offer.
Given that fresh flowers and food hampers are a perishable product, we cannot accept returns; however, in the event that you are unhappy with your arrangement, we can offer you a refund of 35% of the original price (exclusive of delivery). All refund enquiries for fresh products must be made within 5 days of receiving and our team reserves the right to review a receipt or proof of purchase prior to processing any return or refund requests.
Returns for gift hampers or specific products within hampers can be accepted with proof that the product has not been broken, opened or tampered with (photos are likely to be requested by our customer service team). These can be swapped for something more suitable, or a store credit will be issued for the value of the product returned. All return enquiries must be made within 30 days of purchase and our team reserves the right to review a receipt or proof of purchase prior to processing any return or refund requests.
If the product is compromised upon opening including any pump mechanisms malfunctioning, our customer service team will arrange a replacement. Our team reserves the right to review evidence and may ask for photos prior to processing the replacement.
